⚡ I haven’t received my QR code

Check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s not there after 10 minutes, contact us with your order number and we’ll resend immediately.

📱 My phone says “eSIM not supported”

Your device may be carrier-locked or not eSIM-compatible. iPhone XS and newer, Samsung S20+, and Google Pixel 3+ all support eSIM.

🌐 My eSIM shows but there’s no data

Go to Settings → Mobile Data → select the AeroSims eSIM → enable Data Roaming. Also verify APN settings if needed.

💵 Can I get a refund?

If your eSIM was never activated, we offer a full refund. Once activated, refunds are handled case-by-case. Contact us within 14 days of purchase.
