By accessing or purchasing from aerosims.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. AeroSims reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

AeroSims provides digital eSIM data plans for international travelers across 176+ countries. All products are delivered digitally via email (QR code) within 60 seconds of purchase.

• eSIM plans are non-transferable and tied to one device
• Plans are data-only — voice calls and SMS are not included unless stated
• Coverage depends on local network availability in each country
• Device must be eSIM-compatible and unlocked

• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified
• Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments
• Your order is confirmed immediately upon successful payment
• AeroSims reserves the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or fraud

• Refunds are available if the eSIM has not been installed or activated
• Once an eSIM QR code is scanned and installed, it is non-refundable
• If you experience technical issues, contact support@aerosims.com within 7 days
• Refund requests are reviewed within 48 hours

• You are responsible for verifying your device is eSIM-compatible before purchasing
• You must provide a valid email address to receive your eSIM
• You agree not to resell, share, or redistribute AeroSims eSIM plans
• You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes

AeroSims is not liable for service interruptions caused by local network operators, device incompatibility, government restrictions, or any factors outside our control. In no event shall AeroSims' liability exceed the amount paid for the specific plan in question.

These Terms of Service are governed by applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. By using AeroSims services, you waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
