Purchase your eSIM plan
Choose your destination and trip length from our eSIM Plans page and complete checkout. You'll receive a QR code by email within seconds.

Open Settings on your iPhone
Go to Settings → Cellular (or Mobile Data) → Add eSIM. On iOS 16 and newer you'll see "Add eSIM" directly. Make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi.

Scan the QR code
Tap "Use QR Code" and point your camera at the QR code from your order email. The eSIM profile will download automatically.

Label and set as travel line
Give the eSIM a label like "AeroSims Travel". Set your primary line for calls/SMS and the AeroSims eSIM for data when abroad.

Arrive and connect
When you land, your iPhone will automatically connect to a local network. Go to Settings → Cellular and confirm the AeroSims line shows signal. You're online!

Open Network Settings
Go to Settings → Network & Internet → SIM cards (or Mobile Network). Tap "Add SIM" or "Download a SIM". Ensure Wi-Fi is on.

Tap "Scan QR code" and point your camera at the code from your email. The eSIM profile downloads automatically in seconds.

Activate the eSIM
After downloading, tap "Activate" when prompted. Set the AeroSims eSIM as your preferred data SIM while keeping your original SIM for calls.

Arrive and connect
When you land, your phone connects automatically. Check Settings → Network to confirm the AeroSims line is active and showing signal.

Open Samsung Settings
Go to Settings → Connections → SIM Manager. Tap "Add mobile plan" or "Add eSIM". Make sure you're on Wi-Fi.

Choose "Scan QR code from service provider" and scan the code from your email. The eSIM installs within seconds.

Set preferred SIM
In SIM Manager, set the AeroSims eSIM as your mobile data SIM. Keep your original SIM active for calls and texts.

Your Galaxy connects automatically when you land. Pull down the notification bar to confirm the AeroSims network is active.

  • Install your eSIM before you travel — you need Wi-Fi to download the profile
  • The data countdown only starts when you first connect abroad, not on installation
  • Keep your home SIM active for calls — use AeroSims for data only
  • Turn off automatic roaming on your home SIM to avoid accidental charges
  • If connection is slow, toggle airplane mode off and on to force a network rescan
