📋 Overview

Because AeroSims sells digital products (eSIM data plans) delivered instantly via email, our refund policy differs from physical goods. Please read carefully before purchasing. We aim to be fair and resolve every issue quickly.

✅ Eligible for a Refund
  • The eSIM QR code was not scanned or installed on any device
  • You were charged but did not receive your eSIM email within 10 minutes
  • The eSIM is technically defective and our support team cannot resolve it
  • You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate charge)
❌ Not Eligible for a Refund
  • The eSIM QR code has already been scanned and installed
  • Your device is not eSIM-compatible (please check before purchasing)
  • Your device is carrier-locked and cannot accept a second eSIM
  • You changed your mind after the eSIM was delivered
  • Slow speeds due to local network conditions outside our control
  • The data was fully consumed during travel

Order number, email used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue.

We review & respond

Our team reviews all requests within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

⚖️ Partial Refunds

In cases where a partial refund is appropriate (e.g. plan partially used due to a technical fault), AeroSims may at its discretion issue a partial refund or store credit. This is assessed case by case by our support team.
